Follow the provided curriculum and teaching materials. Create a fun, safe, and supportive classroom environment. Encourage creativity, confidence, teamwork, and participation. Manage a small group of elementary students. Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and staff. What We're Looking For Experience working with children through teaching, tutoring, camps, childcare, or youth programs. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Energetic, dependable, and confident leading groups. Passion for working with children and creating engaging learning experiences. Reliable transportation to assigned campus locations.

Preferred:
