We are a growing microschool in Queen Creek serving students in grades K-12 through small class sizes, customized learning, hands-on projects, field trips, enrichment classes, and strong relationships. • 23 per hour, paid bi-weekly Flexible Fridays off 35-40 hours per week Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:30

PM Position:

K-2 Classroom Teacher This position works with a small group of approximately 10-15 students. A pacing guide of curriculum, activities, projects, games, and instructional resources is provided. Your role is to bring learning to life, build relationships, check for understanding, and help students master grade-level skills. This classroom is filled with reading, phonics, hands-on learning, creativity, art projects, movement, laughter, singing, problem-solving, and lots of encouragement. The Person We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Love children and genuinely enjoy spending your days with them Believe all students can learn and grow Are patient, kind, and calm under pressure Can lead a classroom with confidence and warmth Are adaptable and able to think on your feet Can balance structure with flexibility Are comfortable communicating with parents professionally Have strong organizational skills Are comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) Have knowledge of early elementary reading and phonics instruction, or are excited to learn Responsibilities Teach and support K-2 students using provided curriculum and resources Monitor student understanding and progress Communicate with parents regularly Complete light grading and record keeping Participate in school events, projects, and field trips Help create a positive, joyful classroom culture Work collaboratively with other staff members A Note About Our Culture The Learning Vine is not a place where teachers sit behind a desk all day.
