After School Teacher

Job Overview We are an academic-focused after-school program supporting K-8 students in a structured, small-group setting. Responsibilities Provide academic support in reading, writing, and math (K-8) Assist students with homework and class assignments Manage a small group of up to 10 students while keeping them focused and on-task Encourage positive behavior and model respectful communication Help maintain a structured, organized, and safe classroom environment Communicate effectively with program staff Requirements Experience working with children in an academic or structured setting Ability to support a range of grade levels (K-8) Be willing to drive and pick up students, if needed Valid driver's license Job starts in August Ideal Candidate Enjoys working with children of different age groups Positive, energetic, and team-oriented Able to build strong relationships with students Committed to supporting student growth and success

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
