We aim to provide educational programming ensuring student progress and advancement with student-directed, differentiated instruction, and project-based opportunities for collaboration and experiential learning. Definition:
Under the supervision of the Executive Director/Principal; the Teacher provides instruction and services for their pupils in the Multiple Subject elementary classroom. Candidates should have a strong background in planning standards-based lessons and deliver lessons with effective student-directed classroom management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with English language learners with an English Learner (EL) authorization credential, and will have extensive expertise in providing differentiated instruction for high achieving and at-risk students, including targeted intervention based on ongoing data analysis. We are seeking teachers with a constructivist teaching methodology. Individuals whose pedagogy is focused on arts integration, student-centered instruction, and project-based learning, are strongly encouraged to apply.
