About the role We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated K-Pop Dance Instructor to join our growing team as an After School Enrichment Educator . This role focuses on leading fun, engaging, and age-appropriate K-Pop dance activities for elementary school students. The ideal instructor is passionate about dance, enjoys working with children, and can create a positive, energetic, and supportive environment where students can build confidence while learning choreography and movement. $50/hour In this role, you will: Lead engaging and age-appropriate K-Pop dance activities Teach basic dance techniques, choreography, rhythm, and movement Create a fun and inclusive environment that encourages confidence and self-expression Ensure student safety and well-being throughout each session Adapt activities to different ages and skill levels Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement Encourage teamwork, participation, and positive social interactions Maintain accurate attendance and incident records Prepare and organize music, choreography, and activity materials Keep the instructional space clean, organized, and safe Requirements 18+ years of age Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training Strong interpersonal and communication skills Benefits Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling based on your availability and preferences Access to the HOKALI Academy
