- California Single Subject Teaching Credential authorizing service in English. Interns may apply; however, an intern eligibility letter from the university must be attached.
- Current résumé.

- EL Authorization.
- CSET passing status or Subject Matter Waiver Letter.
- Three professional letters of recommendation from immediate supervisors, signed and dated within the past two years.
