What You'll Do:
Lead daily/weekly classes in local schools (grades K-12, depending on fit) Teach FuturePrep's hands-on lessons (topics like entrepreneurship, communication, personal finance, decision-making, and leadership) Inspire students with your presence, passion, and real-life perspective Collaborate with our team to bring learning to life through games, roleplay, and class projects Serve as a role model and mentor that kids remember for years to come! Who We're Looking For:
Educators, coaches, youth mentors, or aspiring leaders who love working with kids Strong communication skills and positive energy Comfortable facilitating in person with small or large student groups Committed to showing up with excellence, purpose, and flexibility Passionate about helping students develop real-world skills beyond the standard curriculumQualifications:
2+ years teaching/instructing- (preferred) AA Degree (or higher)
- (preferred) A teaching degree or certificate is a PLUS!
