In this role, you will support classroom instruction, assist with lesson planning, and foster a positive learning environment for young learners. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging Mandarin Chinese lessons Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, organized, and inclusive environment for students. Help prepare instructional materials Facilitate student participation in language activities, encouraging literacy and communication skills in Mandarin. Collaborate with teachers on lesson planning, assessment strategies, and individualized support for students with diverse needs. Supervise children during classroom activities, recess, and transitions to ensure safety and well-being. Experience Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred. Experience assisting with classroom management and supporting curriculum implementation.
