4:00 pm Position Overview Tree House After School Programs is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic After School Instructor to lead engaging enrichment activities for students during after school hours.

This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with elementary-aged students, can create a supportive and interactive learning environment, and is passionate about student development through hands-on experiences. Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging after school lessons and activities aligned with the program's focus area.
Introduce age-appropriate skills and concepts through interactive projects and guided practice.
Lead students through structured activities, collaborative work, and creative exercises.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Adapt lessons and activities to meet varying skill levels and learning styles.
Manage classroom behavior professionally during after school hours.
Communicate effectively with program coordinators and school staff.
Track student participation and progress when required by the program. Qualifications
Experience teaching or working with children in an educational or after school setting.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to explain concepts in a clear and age-appropriate manner.
Ability to lead structured group activities.
Dependable, punctual, and professional. Preferred Qualifications
Background in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Prior experience teaching enrichment programs (such as STEM, arts, languages, tutoring, or recreation).
Experience working with elementary students.

Compensation & Term $90 per class. 8-week program commitment.
