Responsibilities Prepare and deliver engaging Sunday School lessons tailored to different age groups, incorporating biblical stories, teachings, and activities. Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages participation, questions, and spiritual exploration among children. Support children's emotional well-being through compassionate Christian counseling and mentoring. Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities, active listening, and effective communication skills to inspire trust and enthusiasm. Requirements Proven experience working with children in educational or faith-based settings; teaching or mentoring background preferred. Strong understanding of Christian principles, biblical teachings, and the ability to incorporate them into lessons effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage children, parents, and fellow team members clearly and positively.
