This is a curriculum based program where Program Leaders are responsible for implementing daily lesson plans, delivering curriculum to students, and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment after the school day. Program Leaders provide homework assistance, support teachers and school staff, supervise children, lead educational, recreational, and enrichment activities, and encourage positive behavior while promoting the YMCA's core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility. Starting Pay:
$16.90 per hour for applicants without 48 completed college units. $18.50 per hour for applicants with 48 or more completed college units.
