A Middle or High School Teacher teaches middle school students, usually in grades 6 - 12, in a public or private school. Teaches one subject, or a group of subjects, such as math and science; works with one class all year or teaches different classes of students throughout the day. May mentor students, coach a school team or advise a student club. May specialize in working with students learning English or students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

Job Description
- Pay range: $19.00
- $21.00 per hour
- School Year Shift Hours Monday
- Friday 10:45am
- 1:15pm and 2:50pm to 6:00pm. Must be able to work both shifts.

- Assist students with homework

- Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students
- Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down the lunch room for a clean environment

- High school graduate or GED
- Prior experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
