Winchester Blvd., Santa Clara, CA About the Role The Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise Elementary School students in indoor and outdoor settings, tutoring, and homework help. Crucially, this role will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean learning environment for our energetic and motivated students. You will also… Assist students with homework Collaborate with other faculty and staff members Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students Cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down the lunch room for a clean environment Supervising students on your feet for long periods of time What We Are Looking For High school graduate or GED Prior experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
