Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate daily lessons aligned with school and Kinder Care standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for diverse learners. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum and school initiatives. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress. Implement classroom management strategies that support positive behavior. Participate in professional development and training offered by Kinder Care. Ensure compliance with school, district, and regulatory policies and procedures. Support school events and activities that build community and family engagement.
