Summary We are seeking dedicated School Program Staff to join our team at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clara Valley. In this role, you will support our mission by facilitating after-school programs that promote youth development and help children reach their full potential. This position is vital in creating a positive environment where children can thrive. Responsibilities Assist in planning and implementing engaging educational and recreational activities for children. Provide tutoring support to help students with their academic needs. Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and positive environment for all participants. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program experience. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs. Requirements Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings. Strong classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment. Background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Ability to provide tutoring support in various subjects as needed. First Aid certification is a plus but not required.
