The Level 1 Enrichment Teacher collaborates with other Teachers to implement and manage culinary-based educational enrichment programs and cooking classes. This role involves supporting instructional activities, preparing materials, and providing individualized attention to students to foster a dynamic and engaging learning environment centered around cooking and culinary arts. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, education majors, youth program leaders, camp counselors, coaches, and individuals who enjoy helping children learn through hands-on experiences. This is not just an assistant role. Level 1 Teachers are active classroom leaders responsible for helping manage student engagement, classroom behavior, lesson execution, and overall classroom success. Successful teachers are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in creating a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment where students can safely explore cooking, build confidence, and develop life skills.What We're Looking For:
