Middle School Math and Humanities Teacher About us North Routt Community Charter School is a small, rural Charter School in beautiful Clark, CO. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is for The Middle School Crew Leader is a professional who provides rigorous core instruction to all middle school students using developmentally appropriate curriculums aligned with Common Core Standards. In addition to academic instruction, the Crew Leader is responsible for building strong relationships and providing daily social-emotional instruction using a school-wide "Crew" curriculum based on the CASEL competencies. Responsibilities include, internalizing larger units and daily lesson plans, participating in regular data team meetings, responding to student needs based on data, actively participating in coaching and professional development and engaging in restorative discipline practices..

The ideal candidate for this position has a background in education, enjoys working with children, and is capable of creating engaging lesson plans and providing a safe learning environment. A successful candidate will have classroom management experience, a passion for teaching, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that meet the needs of the students. Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress. Integrate technology into the classroom.
