Job Description

Afterschool STEM Teacher - Coding/ Game Design Contract | August to December | Between 2:00-5pm | 80134, 80241, 80017, 80241 and/ or 80220 Why You'll Love This Role $20-$25 per session + performance bonuses Classes are roughly 1 hour long At least 1 afternoon per week commitment from August through December; strong instructors are often invited back for future sessions Located in 80134, 80241, 80017, 80241 and/ or 80220 Materials & curriculum provided No teaching license required What You'll Do Lead interactive, hands-on coding/game design lessons for youth Guide students through block coding and game designs Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment What We're Looking For Skills in technology — whether professional or hobbyist Experience working with children (comfortable leading elementary/middle school groups) Tech Certification CPR-certified (or willing to obtain) (in person training provided) Ability to complete a background check & Colorado Mandated Reporter training (training provided) Technology background; Tech certification is a plus Reliable and available for a consistent weekly schedule
