AlphaBEST Education Before and After School Group Leader Schedule:
Monday-Friday; AM 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or 2:30 pm - 6:00 pmLocations:
Various elementary schools within the Windsor, CO area (80550) Looking for a part-time role that fits around your schedule? AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As an AlphaBEST Group Leader , you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team. In this role, you will: Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts) Make child safety the top priority at all times Keep the space clean and organized Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staffRequirements:
Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations Must have a high school diploma or equivalentPayBenefits:
