Position summary We are seeking one or more qualified teachers to join our elementary and/or middle school teams (grades 4-8), with a focus on mathematics. The ideal candidate will be student-centered, collaborative, and adept at differentiating instruction to meet diverse learner needs in a faith-guided environment. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate math instruction aligned with school standards. Provide diagnostic assessments and data-driven instruction for whole class, small groups, and individuals. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being. Monitor and communicate student progress using the school's digital system; maintain accurate records and regular parent communication. Collaborate with grade-level teams, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to school events and enrichment activities. Utilize school-approved digital platforms to support instruction and facilitate student learning. Adhere to safety guidelines and supervision requirements; report concerns as appropriate. Engage in professional development to strengthen teaching practice. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Elem/Mid School teaching credentials preferred; equivalents considered). Experience teaching mathematics to elementary or middle school students is preferred but not required. Knowledge of child development principles and evidence-based, age-appropriate teaching strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to design engaging, standards-aligned lessons and assessments. Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for helping children learn.
