Responsibilities Deliver curriculum and lessons already selected by the microschool and work with students. (Class ratio 1:8) Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment Provide one-on-one tutoring and support to help students overcome academic challenges Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Foster open communication with students, parents, and colleagues to promote collaboration Maintain organized records of student attendance, assessments, and development Support the development of social-emotional skills through positive reinforcement and mentorship Experience Prior experience in teaching or tutoring within a classroom or educational setting Strong classroom management skills to maintain an engaging learning environment Experience working with children in educational contexts Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and team members Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Passion for innovative education models such as microlearning or personalized instruction
