Endeavor Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our Education, Training & E-Learning team. In this role, you will create and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support academic, social, and emotional growth. You will lead classroom staff, maintain a safe and nurturing environment, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Design and implement age-appropriate, standards-aligned lesson plans that support personalized learning and whole-child development. Lead daily classroom activities, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Observe, assess, and document student progress, using data to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs. Model best practices in instruction, classroom management, and communication for assistant and co-teachers. Mentor and coach classroom staff, providing feedback, support, and guidance to strengthen teaching quality. Build strong, collaborative relationships with families through regular communication about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues to align curriculum, share strategies, and support school-wide initiatives. Maintain accurate records related to attendance, assessments, incidents, and developmental milestones in accordance with school policies. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including supervision, cleanliness, and emergency procedures. Participate in professional development, training sessions, and school events to support continuous improvement and community engagement.
