Position Overview:
We are in search of a fervent and devoted Middle School Math Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate unwavering dedication to fostering a supportive and immersive learning atmosphere where Christian values are seamlessly woven into every aspect of the curriculum. As a teacher at our school, you will serve as an inspiration to students, facilitating their growth academically, spiritually, and emotionally, while instilling within them a genuine passion for learning and a firm grounding in Christian principles.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute lesson plans that adhere to both Christian principles and the school's curriculum standards.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom environment, ensuring all students feel valued and respected.
  • Tailor instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, fostering academic progress among students.
  • Incorporate technology and hands-on activities into lessons to enrich student learning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and church leaders to foster students' holistic development.
  • Cultivate a positive Christian community within the classroom and school, exemplifying Christ-like behavior and values.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to refine teaching methods and remain abreast of educational advancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Possession of a valid teaching certification or license (preferred).
  • Demonstrated dedication to Christian education and alignment with the school's mission.
  • Profound comprehension of child development principles and effective instructional strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
