KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for Cambridge School at Pembroke Pines. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning. You'll create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. Responsibilities include classroom management, ongoing assessment, and regular communication with families. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, participate in professional development, and help shape a positive school culture focused on early childhood education excellence. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with school and Kinder Care standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's growth. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs. Communicate regularly with families about student development, progress, and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on curriculum, school events, and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate attendance, progress, and incident records in accordance with policies and regulations. Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and compliance with licensing and health standards. Participate in professional development and training to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
