Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with VPK standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning. Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's development. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. Utilize creative teaching techniques to enhance student engagement. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

Requirements:

Florida VPK Teacher Certification required. CDA Preferred Experience in early childhood education or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Background check clearance required. Passion for working with young children and their families.
