We are looking for a dedicated educator who is deeply committed to the ministry, philosophy, and goals of Catholic education. To ensure our students receive the best care and instruction, our ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the structure and requirements of the State of Florida VPK program. Curriculum & Child Development Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Florida VPK standards. Nurture and support each child's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Classroom Environment & Safety Create a safe, positive, and welcoming classroom environment. Ensure children are actively supervised at all times. Ensure strict compliance with all facility licensing, safety protocols, and VPK program requirements. Administration & Family Engagement Conduct regular child assessments and maintain accurate documentation, including attendance, as required by VPK guidelines. Establish and maintain effective, open communication with parents and guardians. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 background screening.
