Position Summary As the Lead Coding/STEM Instructor, you'll be at the forefront of guiding young minds through exciting coding and STEM projects. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment while mentoring students to achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate coding and STEM activities using Code Ninjas' curriculum. Mentor and inspire students to think creatively, solve problems, and build confidence in their abilities. Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for all students. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed. Collaborate with the team to maintain a fun, safe, and organized workspace. Communicate with parents regularly. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in coding, STEM education, or a related field. Strong knowledge of coding concepts and STEM disciplines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with kids and parents. A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
