Job Description

Instruction:
Teach literature, composition, vocabulary, and grammar, often using workshop models to promote critical thinking.
Faith Integration:
Incorporate Christian principles into lessons, attend Mass with students, and model Catholic values.
Curriculum & Assessment:
Plan daily lessons aligned with diocesan/state standards, and use formative/summative assessments to track progress.
Classroom Management:
Maintain a structured, respectful, and safe classroom environment.
Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with staff on curriculum, attend faculty meetings, and communicate regularly with parents.
Professionalism:
Maintain confidentiality, manage records, and uphold school policies
Education:
Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
Certification:
Valid state teaching license (or eligibility).
Faith:
