We are looking for our next great teacher that is passionate about educating children, having fun, and building great relationships. Help us finish building our dream team at Crème de la Creme! As a community of 47 schools in 14 states, we have taken the best of the best from various philosophies and combined them to develop a solid learning-to-learn foundation. Our teachers implement our research-based curriculum in a way that meets each child where they are at. Our attention to inclusiveness can be felt when you walk through the door. Why work at Crème de la Crème? The Crème de la Crème curriculum involves frequent rotation, which creates lower student-to-teacher ratios, leading to happier staff and a higher retention rate. Primary and Enrichment Teachers work side-by-side to move our children through art, second language, coding & robotics, culinary arts, and creative movement lessons. Each of our facilities provide multiple play areas for children to engage in learning and fun: a library, an indoor and an outdoor play area, and depending on the location, a bowling alley or water park. We offer our employees ongoing education through annual in-service training, professional development, and online training. As a Crème de la Crème Teacher, you will spend your days: Delivering nurturing care and continuous supervision of assigned children while executing the Crème curriculum and maintaining classroom management. Creating, submitting, and implementing approved lesson plans and curriculum and completing Daily Reports. Maintaining the upkeep of classrooms and equipment inside and outside. Assisting children when necessary regarding dressing, toileting and/or diapering needs and ensuring all children have clean hands, face, and diapers. Building positive relationships and practicing open and honest communication with parents, co-workers, and CDLC management. Consistently interacting in a positive, developmentally appropriate way with the children; role modeling proper behavior and language for children.
