Duties Supervise children ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Plan and lead engaging activities including arts and crafts, sports, games, and educational projects that promote creativity and teamwork Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to foster a respectful and inclusive environment Support children with homework assistance and tutoring in various subjects to reinforce learning Coordinate outdoor activities and supervise children during playtime, promoting physical activity and outdoor exploration Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns Follow all safety protocols including first aid procedures, CPR certification standards, and emergency response plans Skills Strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain order while encouraging fun learning experiences Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, including daycare or camp environments Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with first aid protocols for emergencies Ability to facilitate youth group activities, sports coaching, theater programs or other extracurricular activities Excellent child supervision skills with a focus on behavior management and child safety Experience working with special education needs or implementing inclusive teaching strategies Demonstrated team leadership abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and program staff Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels children's growth!
