Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for elementary, middle, or high school students Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and evidence-based behavior management techniques Assess student understanding through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing evaluations Provide individualized tutoring and academic advising to support students' unique learning requirements Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance educational programs and address student challenges Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a relevant field; teaching certification Proven classroom experience with children across various age groups; private school experience is a plus Strong knowledge of curriculum development Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Experience in classroom management, lesson planning, proofreading educational materials Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners while maintaining a positive classroom environment Passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering their academic growth and social-emotional well-being Join us in shaping the future by inspiring young minds!
