Full Job Description Now Hiring:
K/1 Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year St. Therese Academy is seeking dedicated and passionate educators to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. Our school exclusively serves students with exceptionalities, providing a nurturing and individualized learning environment where every student can thrive.
Open Positions:
K/1
Teacher Responsibilities:
Design and implement engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to students' unique learning needs. Create a structured and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic and personal growth. Utilize differentiated instruction and evidence-based strategies to support diverse learners. Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure student success. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience working with students with exceptionalities is strongly preferred. Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills.
