Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents Ability to collect and interpret data for instructional purposes Excellent organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines Familiarity with WIDA and CCSS Standards Provide elementary school multilingual learners in self-contained setting for content and language learning Develop and implement Sheltered Instruction lesson plans aligned to student proficiency levels and grade level standards Participate in professional development trainings and collaborate with the assigned English language acquisition coach
