What You'll Do :

Build a classroom where children feel safe, seen, and celebrated. Create hands-on, play-based, learning experiences that spark wonder and excitement. Guide your classroom team with grace, professionalism, and purpose. If you need something, ask we will be more than happy to buy your materails. Partner with families in their child's journey. Follow all EEC safety, supervision, and learning standards (because excellence matters!).

What You Bring:

EEC Lead Teacher Certification (or you're working on it and almost there!) A heart full of patience, joy, and a deep love for little ones. The ability to balance structure with silliness — and lesson plans with love. A commitment to professionalism and the highest standards of early education. CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to get it — we've got you!).

Massachusetts EEC Guidelines You'll Meet:

21+ years old, with at least a high school diploma. Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed PreK setting. Completed (or completing) a course in child growth and development.
