What You Bring:
EEC Lead Teacher Certification (or you're working on it and almost there!) A heart full of patience, joy, and a deep love for little ones. The ability to balance structure with silliness — and lesson plans with love. A commitment to professionalism and the highest standards of early education. CPR/First Aid Certified (or willing to get it — we've got you!).
Massachusetts EEC Guidelines You'll Meet:
21+ years old, with at least a high school diploma. Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed PreK setting. Completed (or completing) a course in child growth and development.
