Job Description

Before & After School Program Teacher We are seeking a reliable, responsible, respectful, organized, and fun‑loving individual who enjoys working with children. The ideal candidate communicates well with both children and adults, works effectively with a team, and is physically able to engage with students throughout the day. Open Position Hours(Monday-Friday)
Summer Time:
8:30-4:30pm
School Year:
7:00am-9:30am, 2:30pm-6:00pm Responsibilities Interact with children at their level (stooping, bending, and engaging physically and verbally) Observe and respond to children's needs, emergencies, and conflicts in the classroom, playground, or changing areas Assist children with personal hygiene and help maintain clean, organized classrooms Communicate with parents, staff, and administration; attend staff meetings and events as needed Drive a 14‑passenger van to pick up students from local schools Support students with homework, reading, and daily routines; provide snacks Qualifications Active, clean driver's license One year of relevant experience or one year working in a Child Care Facility Ability to interact with students of all ages and skill levels Preferred Experience Relevant experience: 1 year Child Care Facility experience: 1 year
