Overview of Role:

We are looking for a fun and nurturing teacher to help out in all classrooms.

Daily Responsibilities:

Our Floaters are responsible for: Meeting the individual needs of the children Parent communication Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning Presenting expectations that are appropriate to the child's age and developmental level Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff Teamwork The Goddard School offers competitive compensation and benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid trainings, competitive salary, and paid vacation/sick benefits. Qualifications :

Experience working with children Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training (Basic Health and Safety, COVID-19 Safety, ADA) or willing to do so CPR/First Aid Certified Prior classroom experience (new graduates please also apply-training available) Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Strong written and communication skills The Goddard School offers competitive compensation and benefits based on experience, education, and certifications and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
