Job Description

The Kennebunkport Parks and Recreation Department has job openings for part-time, temporary staff members. The Department is community-oriented, with values based on teamwork, cooperation, care, and accountability. We are looking for an energetic person who loves working with kids and helping other crew members. The Kennebunkport After School Adventure program runs from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, at the Consolidated School. The hourly rate is $15.50-$19.00 per hour, depending on qualifications. As KASA positions are considered part-time, there are no benefits or paid holidays. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising children, planning activities, communicating with parents, cleaning program areas, providing first aid (if qualified), administering discipline, and maintaining a safe environment for children.
