- Must hold a valid teaching certificate (MC,MX)
- Dual Certification preferred
- Highly Qualified Teacher status
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate problem solving skills that address challenges that may arise in the classroom
- Promote creative thinking opportunities for students
- Value a collaborative approach to teaching and learning
- Incorporate the principles of design thinking into planning and teaching
- Previous coaching experience and a demonstrated interest in contributing to the district's interscholastic athletic program preferred
