Program Hours:

Before = 6:30am•7:50am After = 3:15pm•6:00pm

Qualifications:

A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment where play and discovery go hand-in-hand At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team Outstanding customer service skills Meet state specific guidelines for the role Be physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English When you join our team as a Teacher, you will: Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
