Child & Adolescent Day Treatment Program- Certified Teacher Gastonia, NC (serving Gaston County and surrounding communities) We are looking for a certified teacher to work in our day treatment program in Gastonia, NC. This person would facilitate academics in a day treatment environment as well as have contact with local schools to gather academic work, report on progress, etc. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping kids with challenging behaviors and complex emotional issues to learn skills for coping and self-management that will allow them to successfully return to the regular school setting. This person must be able to see past behaviors to the child behind them, and work with the team to understand the core issues that are driving the behavior. There is the chance daily to impact lives in a positive way. School-Schedule Position | Monday-Friday | No Evenings | No Weekends | Support Incorporated is hiring a certified teacher to join our growing Gastonia Day Treatment Program, working directly with children and adolescents in a structured therapeutic classroom designed to help youth stabilize symptoms, build coping skills, and successfully return to a traditional school environment. Schedule Monday - Friday | Daytime hours aligned with the school schedule: 7:45am - 3:45pm This position provides the opportunity to work in a therapeutic environment with youth while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.

Salary range starts sat $45,000 annually
