We have an Early Childhood Flex Teacher opening! Do you have previous teaching experience and a passion for working with children? Are you a team player looking for a family-owned and operated early learning center to grow with? Do you want to further your degree and career in early childhood education for FREE? Applicants must have at least TWO years ECE experience. In addition, the applicant must be willing to further their education by working to obtain at least an ECE Credentials Certificate-- SFQCC covers the FULL cost of your college education and books. In addition, up to 3 hours of paid weekly study time is offered. You could earn your Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree(s)! Training and other mandatory workshops provided and reimbursed through SFQCC. We invest a great deal in our teachers and staff. We are looking for someone committed to working in this field long-term and willing to grow with the SFQCC family! SFQCC partners with the ApprenticeshipNC and Building Bright Futures Programs to create strong, well-rounded early educators. Each apprentice is partnered with a mentor teacher to support and guide them through hands-on training while working as a Flex Teacher. Our apprentices are promoted within and grow as professionals within our schools to build longevity and life-long educators. Full-time employees are offered health insurance benefits with 50% covered by SFQCC for the employee, retirement benefits with 3.5% employer contributions, dental and vision insurances offered and paid closings. PTO is gifted at the end of each fiscal year, up to 2 weeks and awarded for perfect attendance each month. At least 50% discount for childcare for full-time employees.
