Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive RV Park Leasing Manager to lead our leasing operations at a vibrant recreational vehicle (RV) park. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of leasing, property management, and customer relations to ensure a seamless experience for our residents and visitors. Your energetic approach will drive occupancy rates, maintain compliance with housing regulations, and foster positive relationships with tenants and community partners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a lively property while utilizing your expertise in leasing, property administration, and customer service. Duties Manage the leasing process for RV sites, including marketing available spaces, conducting tours, and closing lease agreements with prospective tenants. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws, Maintain accurate records using property management software, including lease documentation, tenant files, and data entry. Experience with NewBook software a plus. Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management to uphold park standards and tenant satisfaction. Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease contracts, notices, and disputes while managing conflict resolution professionally. Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety standards are met and that the park remains attractive to current and prospective residents. Develop upselling strategies for additional services or amenities to enhance revenue opportunities while providing exceptional customer service. Requirements Proven experience in property management or leasing within real estate or similar environments. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal administrative procedures. Familiarity with property management software such as NewBook, or similar platforms; proficiency in data entry and filing is essential. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities. Experience in sales, negotiation, contract management, and upselling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue. Office experience including filing, data management, and administrative support; familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous.
