Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students .
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans based on the individual needs of each student.
- Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improving their problem-solving skills.
- Use learning technology and educational resources to enhance the tutoring experience.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure alignment with classroom curriculum.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subjects being tutored, including curriculum development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles of each student.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using learning technology and online platforms for virtual tutoring sessions.
