This role involves working with children in an educational setting, providing support and guidance to ensure a positive learning environment. Responsibilities
  • Implement engaging and educational activities for children
  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children during program hours
  • Assist with behavior management and conflict resolution
  • Support classroom management and organization
  • Provide individualized attention to students as needed Qualifications
  • Knowledge or experience in childhood development, early childhood education, daycare, or childcare
  • Familiarity with behavior management techniques
  • Previous experience in sports coaching, babysitting, or similar roles is a plus
  • First aid certification is preferred
  • Ability to educate and interact effectively with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
