Job Description:
Position Summary:
Conduct four sessions of 7th or 8th grade ELA class
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver classroom lessons in line with common core learning standards and grade-level curriculum Supervise morning homeroom and afternoon activity period Assist with lunch room supervision in college cafeteria May perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
New York State Teacher Certification required Teaching experience in Utica City School District preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Excellent classroom management skills Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
