• Warrensville Heights, OH Green Inspiration Academy is seeking highly qualified, licensed K-8 teachers with a proven track record of success in urban education settings .

We are building a stable, high-performing team and are looking for educators committed to long-term impact and student achievement .

Requirements:

Valid Ohio teaching license (required) Substitute Licenses are not accepted Minimum 2-3 years classroom experience (urban setting preferred) Strong classroom management and instructional skills Demonstrated ability to drive student academic growth

Responsibilities:

Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction Maintain a structured, academically focused classroom Use data to inform instruction and monitor progress Build professional relationships with students, families, and staff
