- Loving and creating a bond with children and parents
- Creating fulfilling and engaging lesson plans
- Maintaining paperwork (portfolios. ASQ's, and name-to-face sheets)
- Monitering safety in the classroom
- Following all center and state policies regarding health and safety
- Creating and maintaining good communication with families
- Ensuring that classroom is stocked with needed supplies prior to that start of the day
