Various Norman Public Schools Schedule:
AM 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM 2:30 pm- 6:00 pm on Monday-Friday.PayBenefits:
starting at $17.50 per hour (Current CDA Certification/ Master Teacher rate) Part-time benefits, including health and paid time off, are available. Employee referral program. Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents. You can meet the job requirements in one of the following ways: CDA certification CCP Credential 12 credit hours inECE/CD/SA
through CECPD Oklahoma Certificate of Mastery 1050 hours of training and take the Master Teachers test (Must show proof of certificate) As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained and have the chance to do the following: Ensure the successful implementation of engaging programs that advance the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of children. Complete adventurous tasks that ignite a child's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing/operating clubs that build on the student's interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
