This role blends language instruction with the mission of Catholic education, helping students grow academically, culturally, and spiritually. The teacher creates engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster communication skills, cultural awareness, and a love of learning, while supporting the values and teachings of the Catholic Church. Key Responsibilities Teach Spanish to students in kindergarten through 5th grade Develop interactive lesson plans using songs, games, and activities Encourage basic conversational skills and vocabulary development Integrate Catholic values and traditions into instruction when appropriate Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and staff Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment Participate in school liturgies, events, and community activities Skills & Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching young learners Classroom management and organization Cultural awareness and sensitivity Ability to integrate faith with learning
