KinderCare is seeking an After School Teacher for Englewood Elementary to create a safe, engaging environment where children can learn and thrive after the school day. In this role, you'll lead small groups, support homework, and facilitate enrichment activities that build academic and social-emotional skills. You'll model positive behavior, communicate with families and school staff, and uphold all safety and licensing standards. Responsibilities Supervise and engage elementary students in a safe, supportive after-school environment. Plan and deliver age-appropriate academic support and enrichment activities. Support social-emotional development and positive behavior among students. Maintain classroom routines, transitions, and clear expectations. Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and school staff. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and licensing standards. Prepare and organize materials, snacks, and activity spaces. Monitor attendance and maintain accurate program records. Collaborate with Kinder Care team members to enhance program quality. Participate in training and professional development as required.
